WHAT IS FOLLIES?

Follies is a freshman-only lip sync competition hosted by ACU each Fall as a part of Family Weekend. While Follies has changed many times since its first incarnation in 1970, it remains one of the highlights of the Fall semester for the ACU community.

IN FOLLIES?

Participating in Follies during your first four weeks as a Freshman is one of the best ways to create friendships, build community, and open up future leadership and performance opportunities during your time at ACU.

COMPETE

Connect with members of your Residence Hall and compete for the title of Best Hall Act.

PERFORM

Audition to showcase your talent as a solo act or in a small group between Hall Acts throughout the show.

LEAD

A small group of Freshman is selected to serve as leadership team for planning, creating, and managing the show.
